Step By Step Recipes With Me-No Bake Granola Bars

Equipment Needed:
Large mixing bowl or stand mixer
Spoon to mix
Measuring cups and spoons
8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan(Pans a little larger work too!)
Potato masher (optional, but helpful)
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter (or alternative butter like cashew)
⅔ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
2½ cups oats
Optional: Mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, dried fruit
Mix first 4 Ingredients and then then oats and mix and then whatever add ins you would like, press the mixture into your pan, and chill in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour(or more). Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy immediately or store with parchment paper in the fridge or freezer.
