How to cancel the Momma Bear Audio Subscription!
Question:
How does the subscription service work exactly? Do you get unlimited access/downloads for the monthly fee or is it a monthly fee plus the fee for the specific downloads you want?
Answer:
The monthly subscription fee covers access to all the audio! No additional fees at all. You have unlimited downloads as well! I add new audio each month so you get access to that as well. It’s a growing library that you have complete access to!
Question:
I signed up but it gave me an error message when charging my card and said “Transaction Failed” so I ran it again and it now it looks like both charges went through. Can you cancel one?
Answer:
As soon as you hit the checkout button, a note sends to your bank to charge the card. This puts a “pending” transaction in your account. In a few days, that transaction will go away! Because it’s just pending, once your bank had time to review it then it will go away as it will show no money transfer was made.
